  My name is Boo, and i would like to thank the ladies at View Bank Cattery/Kennals for helping my mum Rita today...You were not able to have me, (because i was to Big), But you helped my mum in organizing some where to go...you made me feel so comfortable, it was like been at home, mum said it was a beautiful place and wished i could of been able to stay there...Thank you lovely ladies for all your help, Fabulous!

  Beautiful place very clean and they are really friendly would be my first preference if needed again. Felt very assured that our cats were happy and well.

  I highly recommend this cattery my wife and I have been using "View Bank Cattery & Kennels for over 10 years and have found the management and staff to be friendly and most helpful, with the welfare of are cats at hart. the conditions of the enclosures are the best that we have seen; our cats are so settled and content when we pick them up.

  We confirmed with them twice about picking our cat up an hour after closing. Was assured both times, by two different staff members that this was fine. This was confirmed when we booked our cat in also (as we knew our flight was getting in later than their advertised hours). The lady owner was incredibly rude when we called to say we're on our way. She was out to dinner and when we told her that we had confirmed this late pick up twice she said 'my staff would never do that'!...... What a nightmare. Sort your attitude out and clean up your cattery. Never again.

  Sam and her team took excellent care of our kitten. She summarized observed behaviour and ensured we were informed about her comfort and temperament while we were gone.
